Refund policy

Distelfink Fiber will accept returns for store credit or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. A valid receipt must be presented in any of the following forms: e-mailed or saved under the customers name in our POS system.

We will not accept returns on the following items:

Yarn that has been wound or used
Roving
Items that are marked on sale or sold from the clearance section
Special orders
Gift Cards

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipped Returns and Exchanges
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to mail returns and exchanges back to Distelfink Fiber.
